I believe the larger is a spirits decanter made of ceramic.

@galen55 You can easily calculate the scale. Measure the wheelbase of the 1:18, multiply by 18. Divide the result by the wheelbase of the larger model.

or use directly the wheelbase for the 1953 Vette that was 102" according to https://www.corvettemuseum.org/learn/about-corvette/corvette-specs/1953-corvette-specs/
