The most beautiful American sports car ever made!  A fantastic year for General Motors.

I owned a 63 Monza Spyder convertible when I got married in 1965. I loved that car but traded it for my first new car, a 1966 Buick Skylark GS 400 hardtop.

Bob;  Altaya have just done one of these Buicks in 1:43.  If you don't have a model of this car then perhaps this rather inexpensive, but reasonably well done one might work as a filler at least?

I had a '63 Impala and it didn't have tilt steering.....mind you it wasn't an SS.

Bob J.;  Not sure if you are that familiar with the Altaya "American Cars" series but I have bought about 20 or so of them this year and find them surprisingly well done for the money.  I have a bunch of them en route now and the 66 Buick is one of them.  Hope you are satisfied with it.
