Exactly! When I can’t bend to pick it up and can’t see the year, and I don’t care in general to pick it up because I have enough or don’t care about it’s fortunate anymore, then I know I am getting old.

As I was leaving a restaurant this afternoon, I was crossing the parking lot and stopped to pick up a rather beat up penny. My wife just shook her head. Okay, it was so bruised that I can't read the date, but it's still money. Isn't it? Am I the only person who empties his pocket change nightly and makes a cash deposit every few weeks? Or is that because my credit union has a coin counter.
