Ford this time please. Just a little firmer ride and more oomph.

I sat here for some time trying to decide because both are favorites. I can't make up my mind so it's a tie. I was fourteen when these were new and we had two neighbors that had  these identical cars in these colors and they would pay me to polish them twice a year.

Ford for me. It looks more modern and more compact.

Though I like both cars for '54, I vote for the CHEVROLET because it is way more modern looking.  A more stylish roof-line.

Ford all the way-It out styles the Chevy in every way and with the increased power, done!

I LOVE both of these but give the nod to the Ford for the drive train.  Almost a tie!  The Chevy color is stunning.

That color combo on the Ford was VERY rarely ever seen in my area as a kid.

I voted for the Cameo Coral Crestline, from the Ford Family of Fine Cars.

I voted tie; like the Chevy body style better, Ford handling & drive train better, even with the new ovh V8 that liked to blow rear main seals. In '53 I would have chosen the Ford, I know they are the same basic bodies but the trim on the '54 goes to Chevy, on the '53 goes to Ford as well as the dependable flat head V8's. '55 would be a tough choice.

Love them both, but it's the Bel-Air that gets my vote.
