The Grand Prix is beautiful, but the Toronado is something truly special so it gets my vote.

I love 1960s Pontiacs, but the Toronado cannot be denied.
Retired in Dunedin, Florida.
Both cars have a part of my heart. The TORONADO, believe it or not, was the car I took my drivers training in. I go to my school parking lot to meet with the driver instructor, and he points to the '66 Toronado parked in front of us. I couldn't believe it! So naturally it's a sentimental favorite. And then the '66 Grand Prix in the same maroon color was the car I drove on the night of my first date with the princess I've been married to for 48 years. That first date took place FIFTY years ago this coming Friday October 21st. So guys, this ones a tie for me!

Simple for me. The Pontiac. Never liked the Toronado's.
The 66’ Toronado was just beyond gorgeous,
Never cared for GM styling full size cars after '64. These 2 are quite nice and thus a tie is my vote.
Grand Prix for me.
The first new Toronado I saw was on a mail route in Fairbanks, Alaska. The swift completion of my appointed rounds were slowed that day by a couple minutes,

Toronado styling gets my vote. I always thought the '66 Pontiac looked rather bloated and chunky in comparison to the much sleeker looking '65.
To me the Toro appears to carry too much bulk. The GP is much more refined, so it gets my vote.

I like the Toro, it's beautiful. But I'd rather be behind the wheel of the GP with its bucket seats, center console and wing windows.
