Tires seem to be of some dense foam rubber, wheels likely the same material as the bus but with more texture.

The sedan delivery is a stock Esval item. They do a two door 210 wagon and a four door Belair wagon as well.
If this is the two door hardtop you are referring to, I cannot take credit, it is a box stock U S Model Mint white metal item.
