The GMP revival stopped being an announcement today and started being the products with the LTD ED numbers. Alongside that: the run of 1:18 Lincolns reached four in four days, and the newest one is an Elvis Presley car; WERK83 has booked Steve McQueen’s Sebring Porsche for 18 September; and MR Collection has announced an Aventador SVJ limited to five pieces, which is the smallest edition to appear in these pages. Reference numbers, prices and delivery windows are given where the manufacturers stated them, and flagged where they did not.
GMP: 402 pieces of the RHINO Camaro, orders close 10 September
G1800328, the 1:18 1969 Chevrolet Camaro Street Fighter “RHINO”, is back on the schedule with the GMP tools going into production. MSRP is $164.95, delivery is quoted for the first quarter of 2027, and estimated production is 402 pieces — with orders closing on 10 September.
That edition figure is the news. When Acme confirmed on 27 August that the GMP tooling was back in its main factory and under test, the first car out was the Mutant Bee Super Bee at $189.95, built to order with no cap stated. The RHINO is the second car, and it is the first to carry a hard number. A 402-piece run with a nine-day order window is a build-to-order model in everything but name: what gets ordered is what gets made.
The specification is at the top of what GMP’s Street Fighter line does — carbon fibre bonnet, bumpers and rear spoiler, forged wheels on race tyres, a built LS3 Corvette engine with tube headers and race exhaust, and a full race interior with roll cage, bucket seats and five-point harnesses. For anyone who has been waiting to see whether the revived tooling would produce the detailed cars the old GMP was known for rather than a simplified version, this is the first real evidence either way.
A fourth 1:18 Lincoln in four days — and this one is Elvis
We led yesterday on three 1:18 Lincolns announced by three companies in three days. Sun Star has now added a fourth: SS-4715F, the 1958 Lincoln Continental MkIII open convertible in Elvis Presley livery, at $224.95 with delivery quoted for the fourth quarter of 2026.
That makes 1956, 1958, 1963 and 1989 — four Lincolns, four different decades, from three manufacturers, all inside a week, at a scale that went years without a single new Lincoln tool. A licensed celebrity car is a different proposition again: it is priced $75 above the standard Premiere and it will sell to people who want the association rather than the car.
The same announcement puts US pricing and colours on two cars we covered yesterday without either:

One correction to yesterday’s entry on timing. We reported both of those for the fourth quarter of 2026, following the European distribution listing. The US announcement quotes the first quarter of 2027 for both. Two markets, two dates — treat the fourth quarter as optimistic until Sun Star settles it.

WERK83: McQueen’s Sebring Porsche, and the Sharknose becomes a series

The McQueen car is the one people will chase. He took part in that Sebring with a cast on his left leg, having broken his foot in a motorcycle race at Lake Elsinore a few weeks earlier, and the #48 Porsche finished second overall — 23.8 seconds behind Mario Andretti’s Ferrari 512S. Worth knowing before the legend runs away with it: Revson did the overwhelming share of the driving, something over eight hours of the twelve, and by Andretti’s own account McQueen drove the minimum. It is still a remarkable result, and it is a car with a story attached, which is presumably why WERK83 has tooled it. WERK83 has also now announced three Sharknoses in four days, counting the von Trips British Grand Prix winner from Monday, so that is a programme rather than a single car.
MR Collection: an Aventador SVJ limited to five
LAMBO034AT7, the Lamborghini Aventador SVJ in Nero Aldebaran, limited to five pieces. Five. For context, the smallest editions covered in these roundups over the past fortnight have run to 40 pieces, and 999 was considered tight. No price or delivery window was published, which at that quantity is its own answer.
Looksmart, announced alongside it, has LS566C — the Ferrari 849 Testarossa Spider in Grigio Competizione with the Assetto Fiorano package, in 1:43. No edition size or delivery date given.

The Antonelli is the interesting one. A current-season Grand Prix win in 1:64 at €31.50, packaged with a pitboard, is Minichamps working a scale it has historically left to others — and pricing it against the 1:43 rather than the 1:18. Four Rossi helmets in two weeks also suggests that line is selling.
Spark: the rally slate gets a date, and ten of them run at night
The 24-car 1:43 rally programme we listed on 29 August now has a delivery window — the first quarter of 2027 — and the distribution listings reveal a detail the original announcement did not: ten of the twenty-four are “night version” cars, modelled with the lamp pods lit and the auxiliary lighting fitted.
Those are S3224 (Audi Quattro, Sweden 1982), S2476 (Citroën GS, Monte Carlo 1975), S2614 and S2615 (the two Peugeot 104 ZS), S2618 and S2619 (the two Peugeot 505s), S7753 (Ford RS200, Sweden 1986), S8278 (Fiat 131 Abarth, Monte Carlo 1980), S9022 (Lancia Delta HF Integrale, Sanremo) and S9458 (Escort RS1800, Tour de Corse 1977). If you were choosing between references on livery alone, that changes the calculation.
