Oh yeah; more a spitting image (and they DO spit) of their pappy, then that of the Alpaca or the lovely and more finer haired Vicuña.

And, uh huh; I DO love my Tony Lama boots. Owed several pairs in Texas and even more here! HA!

Well, just to keep the post 1/24th auto diecast focused, a Vicuña in car-replica form would certainly look like this:

014
1935 Packard Series 1205 Super Eight Coupe

.......................................doncha think?  Cool

That's a one-off prototype Bob, never saw production.

Thanks Tony. My BOS is really nice but it is a curb side resin with no opening parts.

Is the Best of Show Model Packard the 1932 model year Bob? This one would have been a 1935 Packard Series 1205 Super Eight Coupe version.

Can't speak for the BOS models John, I own none, unfortunately. But of the photos of the one-off prototypes that DM never built I can always, again, feature those.

Not long ago on one of his many visits to my home; past Danbury Mint Design Manager, and close, dear friend, Rick Hanmore, brought a few models that we displayed photos of on this site. Rick unpacked them and I photographed them.

Once again may I present them in all their glory:

002
003
004
005
006
007
008
009
010
011
012
013
014
015
016
017
