Yep, esp. one that's never been done before! Can't wait.
I can only think of about seven two-tone combinations I want.
+1!
Yes Rick and David you are absolutely right, from a collectors eye
I on the other hand look at it from a different prospective. I make customs and hotrod cars out of them. So when I look at a new issue I see what I can make out of it and a four door is not a first choice I'm afraid.
So from a collectors view I would be very happy with it because as you mentioned it's not done before.
Same for the Impala convertible .. I already done it therefore not interesting for me.
I sincerely hope Brooklin will come up with a 56 two door hardtop all though Motorcity did one but is way to expensive to chop up.
That will not be an easy rebuild Shel
All depends on how Brooklin makes the master .. probably they will make inserts for the side trims meaning a lot of soldering. Also the rear bumper differs a lot. The hood would not be a problem.
At a price of over ?130 to start with hmmmm maybe an old Western would be better as a starting point.
Finally, a use for those awful old Westerns. Send to Brooklin to be melted and recycled. Great!
that is a nice comment David
