I do not know all the facts regarding why Spark does not sell the Mustangs in USA

But one reason for sure who in USA would pay $170.00 but in Japan no problem. From what I read on European forums they still rate Kyosho Mustangs better than Spark.And half the price besides.

Not aware of any Spark branded Boss Mustangs other than the Trans Am race cars. Are you by any chance looking at the Hobby Box? Kid Box? - something like that - Stangs that are Japanese releases at a very Premium price. These were IIRC made by Spark. The only Japanese specific Spark Branded models are either SA series (mostly Kobayashi Saubers) or KB specials which do not to my knowledge include any Mustangs.

Shel, Maybe but Kyosho did not do a 1970 Boss 429 Mustang.

Spark does special edition runs for manufacturers and others

Spark has done some special edition for Mercedes,True Scale, KB and others, the Boss street models are probably one of those editions. There are no Boss Mustang street versions in the 2013 Spark model catalog revealed recently.

Randy, Hobby Box is a Japanese model car store .....

and is one of many such establishments there that have specials available.

This is an area that Forum43 hasn't even scratched the surface with.

I have their Porsche 911 Turbo 2000.

Then I have a Minichamps Alfa Romeo 156 STW Street 1999 that is an exclusive for Kyosho!

It is very nice and have only seen 1 other like it on ebay since. It was priced about the same as the Boss Mustangs. I was asking about these because I was going to pick up a couple more of the Mustangs before they are gone. Anyway Thanks for the info, RANDY
