M2 Machines/Auto-thentics included this informational card with their excellent 1/64 car series.

Are they bringing out a '53 Ford Crestline Victoria?

I do have a blue 1/64 1952 Ford Crestline Victoria from them, I believe, but I don't know if it was this prototype model. Right now many of my cars are still packed away but I will try and track it down.

They did do the 1953 Ford Crestline Victoria.  Here are pictures of mine. I usually removed the M2 model from the plastic package but kept the information card.  For some reason I left this one in the plastic package.

That Ford looks great ! It's a terrific replica of this automobile. My Grandfather had a 1952 light green Ford station wagon and I can still remember getting a ride in it when I was very young.

If this is true, then I would you say you have one super-rare 1/64 M2.   To my knowledge, M2 never released a 1952 Ford Crestline.... that is, I've never seen one.

I will try and find my '52 Ford from them to see what model it is. I recall it is a deep blue and very nicely done, as is typical for M2.

Here is a black and white photograph I managed to find of my 1/64 Ford. I have 3 of the excellent Welly 1953 Fords in cream, red and blue and also this 1/64 scale one by M2. It is a deep blue color and really looks nice.

@mikedetorrice I'm confused (maybe I missed something   🙄 😯)   ....Do you actually have a 1/64 M2 1952 Ford Crestliner?

That could well be a 1953 Ford, similar to my Welly 1/18 ones. It is a very nicely done replica and once I find and unpack it, I will know for sure.

The rear plate in that photo reads 1953.

There we go, thanks ! It is a blue 1952 Ford from them. I had mis-filed the picture and hadn't un-packed yet to see. It is very nice and fits well with my excellent 1/18 Welly 1953 Fords.

@jcarnutz Correct-without question a '53, M2 made numerous versions of a 1953 Ford, but Mike seems to think he may have a M2 1952 Ford.... which I've never heard of but would love to see and have.
