we`re going to venture out.......on a trip of a thousand miles

........if the sun burns us,we`ll simply adjust the blinds.....if we need a picnic table or a place for the egrets to sit,we`ll just turn the back wheel piece down

                                      🤨 😐 😑 😶 🥂

How to ruin a nice looking Chevy.  I have always liked this 2dr. body style and hope to see it done by Goldvarg one day.  It would look great on display beside their awesome Torpedo back sedan.

I like the original Chevrolet the best, but at least the car is clean and has been maintained/restored. Even if I am not a particular fan of the lowered and custom wheels look, at least the car exists and has not been crushed and lost forever.

It should be against the law to destroy a beautiful car.  Made to look like a monstrosity!  Wait?  People are doing the same to themselves today and that's now legal too.  Oh where has normal went??? Shocked

I respectfully disagree.  If a person is going to turn a beautiful vehicle in to this grotesque site, I'd rather the car had been crushed.  And yes, I'm serious!

George, I think the main problem is that older cars tend to get crushed or rusted out and are gone for all time. I would rather have a car still exist with the possibility it could eventually be restored to an original condition than to be lost forever or crushed.

Here's just a quick photo-shop re-do/view of the 1950 Chevrolet, perhaps showing there still is more normal possibilities for the old girl yet She still has some nice looks somewhere in there ! (and here's my late aunt and uncle with their beautiful 4 door Chevrolet .... what a cool car !)

Where are the hanging dice?  Nice car in original shape and could be put back in that condition, owner willing.

All valid comments. But for me, if he paid for it, he gets to do what he wants. If everyone kept their cars original, we would never have had the likes of George Barris, Chip Foose, Smokey Yanuck, Carol Shelby, hot rodders, or even Earl Scheib!

@mikedetorrice  Mike I could live with your photo-shopped version.

@jkuvakas I basically agree with you JK, but I am hyper sensitive to chunky Continental kits...especially this exaggerated example.  Lol.

@jack-dodds, just look at the owner as an aspiring Chip Foose.

I've no problem with your old car rusty theory.

Butt Warts [Continental kits] I hate all of them, especially the ones with the bumper extensions or diving platforms. To me if human we would surgically remove cancer from your rear, samer applies to butt warts weather on a human rear or a car.
