Oscar Meyer Bologna .... Ahh, yes I used to love it on wheat bread with mustard. Haven't had any bologna in three four maybe even 5 years.  Trying to watch what I eat these days. Now give me some Kishka and that's a different story. And I don't mind some fresh made Kielbasa. But for me it's got to have a little above average ratio of garlic in it. I do like  smoked Kielbasa also but that's the kind that I'd like to put on the grill. Might as well throw in some farmer's cheese and / or sauerkraut pierogies. 👍😋

JB,

I finally got around to watching the whole Dragnet episode you featured here.

Thank you a thousand times over as you took me back to one of the best TV shows I ever remember watching. I especially love that this episode was in b&w. I also like that the fact that watching all those crime TV shows was an enabler in my chances to fool the system and get away with all the things I got away with 👍😁

It's the way he handles the new customer's liverwurst, at 8:04, that's so objectionable.

We watched Dragnet every week. Dum, ta-dum, dum!

I get a chuckle out of seeing how serious and straight talking Detective Joe Friday and his guys always were.  A very far cry from reality but of course it worked well on TV back in the day.

Dragnet 1967 - 1970 is still on and sucks real bad, all it is a chance for Jack Webb to lecture us on topics of the late '60.  The original here is quite a bit better.

I stopped short yesterday of asking if you`d watched the video all the way thru..........the outrageous cross contamination of the lunch slices would`a earned Joe a few months hard time had it happened like that today 🤔

here`s a 6-hour Dragnet compilation that,if saved to your desktop, will open and play right from where you left off
