The GTX, in particular, was known for its high-performance engine options. The Plymouth GTX was positioned as a more upscale muscle car compared to the Road Runner. It offered a higher level of standard equipment and more luxurious options.  Engine options were a large factor in the GTX’s reputation. The 440 cubic inch “Super Commando” V8, and the legendary 426 cubic inch “Hemi” V8 were available, making for very powerful carsExcellent quality and finish.  Beautifully crafted and exquisitely detailed.  Models are hand  painted, decorated and assembled. Beautiful detail and accuracy of shape and scale. Photo  etched parts, die-cutting, tampo printing and waterslide decals are also used. Each model  comes with its own acrylic display case
