During the test, Hamilton completed 30 laps, covering approximately 89 kilometers, despite challenging weather conditions, including fog and light rain. The session focused on familiarizing Hamilton with Ferrari’s systems, including practice starts and cockpit procedures, as he adapts to a new team environment. Hundreds of fans gathered to witness this historic moment, and Hamilton engaged with them post-session, reflecting the passionate Ferrari fanbase, known as the Tifosi. He described the experience as “one of the best feelings of my life,” highlighting the emotional significance of driving a Ferrari for the first time and the warm welcome he received in Maranello.
