Known as “The Maestro” in Portuguese rallying, Nunes was a highly skilled privateer who consistently pushed the limits of the 911S against top competitors. The night stages of Rally Portugal were particularly challenging, with poor visibility, unpredictable road conditions, and massive crowds lining the roads, creating an electrifying yet dangerous atmosphere. This edition of the rally was part of the golden era of Group 4 rallying, where the Porsche 911 proved its versatility and endurance against emerging all-wheel-drive contenders.Excellent quality and finish. Beautifully crafted and exquisitely detailed. Models are hand painted, decorated and assembled. Beautiful detail and accuracy of shape and scale. Photo etched parts, die-cutting, tampo printing and waterslide decals are also used. Each model comes with its own acrylic display case.
