Guichet in 1:12 scale by GP Replicas.  First prototype pictures.  We will add the finished model pictures as soon as available.The Ferrari 330 P3 #21, driven by Lorenzo Bandini and Jean Guichet, entered the 1966 24 Hours of Le Mans, a race dominated by the legendary Ford vs. Ferrari rivalry. Bandini, one of Italy’s most promising drivers of the era, was known for his raw speed and bravery, while Guichet brought experience as a former Le Mans winner in 1964. The #21 P3 showed flashes of Ferrari’s engineering brilliance but ultimately struggled against the overwhelming pace and reliability of the Ford GT40s. What set this race apart was its historic ending—Ford orchestrating a 1-2-3 finish, marking a turning point in endurance racing and symbolizing a rare defeat for Ferrari at Le Mans.This model is hand painted and polished to a beautiful finish and has a sealed body. Resin models are exceptionally accurate of scale, shape and detail. Each model is created using a variety of production processes, to achieve this precision. They are produced using a composite material referred to in the industry as “resin”. Photo etched parts, die-cutting, tampo printing and waterslide decals are often used for the most authentic replication.
