    This is the Porsche 911 991-2 RSR #91 2020 24h Le Mans Porsche 917 Tribute Design in 1:18 scale by IXO.The Porsche 911 RSR (991.2) No. 91, driven by Gianmaria Bruni, Richard Lietz, and Frédéric Makowiecki, competed in the 2020 24 Hours of Le Mans wearing a special Porsche 917 tribute livery, celebrating 50 years since Porsche’s first overall Le Mans win in 1970. This retro design honored the legendary 917 with red-and-white accents reminiscent of the iconic Salzburg livery. Bruni, a three-time GT class winner, Lietz, a former FIA GT World Champion, and Makowiecki, a Porsche endurance veteran, formed a highly experienced GTE-Pro lineup. Despite fierce competition, the trio finished strongly, showcasing the 911 RSR’s balance and reliability. What made the 2020 edition unique was its COVID-19 pandemic context—the race ran in September without spectators, creating an eerie but focused atmosphere and demanding exceptional adaptability from teams and drivers alike.This model is hand painted and polished to a beautiful finish and has a sealed body. These diecast models are exceptionally accurate of scale, shape and detail. Interior detail is hand assembled and easily visible.
