Designed by Ferdinand Porsche, it combined aerodynamic luxury sedan styling with mid-engine race car technology, a bold vision decades ahead of its time. What set it apart was its radical layout and intention to offer race-level performance in a limousine body—something unheard of in the 1930s. Though only existing on paper and in early development stages, the Type 52 represents Porsche’s early ambition to blur the line between elite performance and executive comfort.Excellent quality and finish. Beautifully crafted and exquisitely detailed. Models are hand painted, decorated and assembled. Beautiful detail and accuracy of shape and scale. Photo etched parts, die-cutting, tampo printing and waterslide decals are also used. Each model comes with its own acrylic display case.
