With only 1,167 units produced, it featured a 392-cubic inch (6.4L) HEMI V8 engine delivering 325 horsepower, paired with a pushbutton-operated TorqueFlite automatic transmission.  Designed by Virgil Exner, the vehicle showcased the “Forward Look” styling, characterized by sleek lines and a distinctive simulated spare tire cover on the trunk, known as the “Flite-Sweep Decklid.” Its advanced features included power windows and seats, a spacious six-passenger cabin, and the innovative Torsion-Aire suspension system, which utilized torsion bars for a smoother ride. The Crown Convertible’s combination of luxury, performance, and limited production makes it a standout in automotive history.Excellent quality and finish.
