    This is the Ferrari 308 GTB4 LM Le Mans 24h 1975 #17 Gagliardi / Cluxton Limited Edition in 1:43 scale by Tecnomodel.The Ferrari 308 GTB4 LM, driven by Giancarlo Gagliardi and Harley Cluxton, was entered by the North American Racing Team (N.A.R.T.) in the 1975 24 Hours of Le Mans. Despite a strong showing in pre-qualifying, the car was disqualified by the race organizers for not meeting the required speed compared to other Group 5 prototypes. This decision led to a tense standoff, with N.A.R.T. threatening to withdraw all its entries. Ultimately, the disqualification stood, and the 308 GTB4 LM did not participate in the race. This incident highlighted the challenges faced by privateer teams in the face of stringent regulations and the dominance of factory-backed entries.Excellent quality and finish. Beautifully crafted and exquisitely detailed. Models are hand painted, decorated and assembled. Beautiful detail and accuracy of shape and scale. Photo etched parts, die-cutting, tampo printing and waterslide decals are also used. Each model comes with its own acrylic display case.
