This is the Arrows A6 No.30 Dutch GP 1983 Thierry Boutsen in 1:43 scale by Spark.Thierry Boutsen was a Belgian driver beginning his Formula 1 career with Arrows in 1983 after bringing sponsorship funding to the team; although he didn’t score points that year, his measured driving and improvement alongside teammate Marc Surer helped establish his reputation in the sport. At the 1983 Dutch Grand Prix at Zandvoort, Boutsen drove the naturally aspirated Arrows A6 with car number 30, but reliability let him down — he retired on lap 65 with engine trouble and was classified 14th. This race itself is remembered as one of the final Formula 1 victories for René Arnoux with Ferrari and for featuring heavy attrition — many cars, including Boutsen’s, failed to finish — highlighting how mechanical reliability was a defining challenge of the era.Spark models are hand painted, decorated and assembled. Each model is created using a variety of production processes, such as hand cast resin, diecast and injected molded thermoplastics.Photo etched parts, die-cutting, tampo printing and waterslide decals are also used. Spark ensures the absolute best quality possible. Each model comes with its own acrylic display case.
