Di Resta brings vast endurance experience, Jensen is a steady and methodical racer, and Vergne — a former Formula E champion — adds speed and technical finesse. The race proved especially challenging: early on, the #93 ran into a gravel trap while avoiding a GT3 car, forcing a rapid hood change. They also suffered a steering issue during the night, costing them further time. Ultimately, the #93 finished 17th, marking a “frustrating” Le Mans for Peugeot despite the team’s flawless effort in the pits and overall commitment. What made this edition unique was Peugeot’s bold return to Le Mans in its radical wing-less 9X8 Hypercar — a striking design that reflects the brand’s technical ambition, even as they wrestled with a tight balance-of-performance that hampered their pace.Spark models are hand painted, decorated and assembled.
