    This is the 1974 Aston Martin Lagonda S1 Red in 1:43 scale by Matrix.The 1974 Aston Martin Lagonda Series 1 was an extremely rare and unconventional attempt by Aston Martin to bring grand touring performance into a four-door luxury saloon. Built in very limited numbers, the Series 1 used a powerful 5.3-liter V8 engine derived from Aston Martin’s sports cars, giving it serious high-speed capability for its time. What truly set it apart from its competition was its bold, low-slung wedge-shaped design that broke away from traditional luxury sedan styling, making it look more like a futuristic concept than a conventional executive car. Hand-built craftsmanship, exclusivity, and its unusual design language made the Lagonda S1 one of the most distinctive and collectible luxury sedans of the 1970s.Excellent quality and finish. Beautifully crafted and exquisitely detailed. Models are handpainted, decorated and assembled. Beautiful detail and accuracy of shape and scale. Photoetched parts, die-cutting, tampo printing and waterslide decals are also used. Each modelcomes with its own acrylic display case.
