New from KK-Scale, coming in September.   Their FB page states "1954,"  but of course, these are 1955 DeSotos.   They will be sealed 1/18 diecast models probably around $125

They look pretty good, right?    😉

Wow, those are gorgeous,  I'd be all over one if they had them in 1/24.💯👍

@100ford2003 HA!   Na....  these are 100% legit!     If was "A.I.-ing"  you, my models would have opening features.  😉 😉

... I must say, these "sealed DeSotos"  are awfully tempting.    I haven't yet purchased any "sealed 1/18 cars,"  but.......    🤔 🤔 🤔

Gee..... just imagine a 1/18 truck load of brand new 1955 DeSotos!  😆 😉

OK, so these are '57 DeSotos, but you get the idea.  😀

These look excellent.  I have a number of BoS 1/18 models and I'm totally happy with them.  I don't really care about the opening features as the finish on them is just outstanding.  I can hardly believe how nice the paint is on them.

I want one of these DeSotos but I just don't have display space.  That black and rose one might just show up at my house regardless.  I'd actually take them all

@whodeytink  They do like nice.... and if I do purchase a "gross"  for a hauler project, then I won't care about them being "sealed"  either.   Stay tuned.....      And good luck to you; there's ALWAYS room for one more!    😀 😀 😀

@chris This DeSoto would look great parked next to my DM/Acme 56 New Yorker in the same color combo.

@whodeytink Fantastic!    I'm oh-so-close to ordering "a bunch"  for a possible hauler project.....   I've never before been more tempted to order 1/18 "sealed diecast"  replicas. 😯
