1:8th scale Ayrton Senna Mclaren now available in the USA...........
This 1/8th scale DIY kit has been available in other countries for a while but is now available in the US- here is a promo video link:
The program offers a kit form prepainted model in 20 installment deliveries that uses both adhesives and screw assembly-perfect for guys like me who are 'paint challenged'. If you prefer to buy a ready build MP4/4 Amalagam will sell you one- for $6200.00 plus shipping-I'm going with the kit version.

Yep, these are by DeAgostini. I have the Ferrari Enzo and F430 Spyder that I've yet to assemble.

Marlowe; any opinions on the quality of these?
I did not know about the Ferrari, and it appears the Wolf version of the Countach is available in Japan; could you share photos of the kits you have please?

PICS - I believe they are superb and very well done. A buddy of mine who collects...
... only large scale models (he refers to 1:18 as 'those little cars') thinks they're actually manufactured by Tamiya for DeAgostini. I tend to agree.
As I mentioned previously, I have the Enzo and the F430 and both are unbuilt. I took these photos of my friend's built model.

No doubt about it..........
I would need a bigger 'Car Room'. Then again, it would fit in the garage - which is where I'd likely be sleeping if I get one - I mean my wife is understanding but not THAT understanding.....LOL

I want a Gullwing Mercedes-Benz
The price has sky rocked to over 2 million dollars and a fellow I know just restored his wife's 250SL Pagoda and spend 350,000 brand new parts every nut bolt saved for over 40 years no used or re chromed parts on his car.
a rrich mans hobbie. I still know the car better them the third or forth owners. problem the German mark and parts are beginning to be scarce. I just want a nice Sunday driver. My father I hate to say should not of messed with this car. I had to buy it from his which second wife. I could not even get his me shim pipe collection He really screwed it up. and my pockets are dry for a long time. car need correct paint and body work. I have been collecting parts for over 10 year and still need more parts to make her right. beside my wife Sharon and my second love my White German Shepard the 280 SL ranks a third.
