1966 Ford GT40 MKII Dan Gurney #2 Sebring by Exoto, engine blew up in the last corner just 1/4 mile from the finish line, Gurney pushed the car across the finish line behind Ken Miles who passed Gurney's blown up car, Gurney was disqualified from the race because pushing the car was against the rules. If Gurney had just sat in the car he and Jerry Grant would have been awarded second place.Â

love the seats on these MkIIs. Great looking model in all respects, including the taped over headlights. I have the SC version...again, nowhere near as good as this, but displays ok (I think their MkIV is better overall)

I don't have that livery of the GT40. That Gurney version with the famous "Gurney Bump" is really cool. I have the Mark Donahue in 1:18 and the Ken Miles in 1:10 Mk2 cars.Â
