I like this guy, for he can be used in a Steampunk setup, or a period work. This one is 1/16 to go with the 1/16 Bugatti Royale and I am ordering an upscale woman to go with him, though I did break down and order one of my first 1/18s in 1/16 scale, which I will add to the end of this post. First the 1/16 model Bugatti:
The new 1/16 male:
And one of my 1/18 favs, reordered in 1/16 scale, though she arrived a week ago:
....I must admit, I'm not aware of any 1/18 "Steampunk" displays - yours will standout, no question. 😉 😉
@chris Nor am I, so the building will have to be up to me and I have some ideas for a 1:24 setup that will be a mixture of concepts. Did I forget to mention I also have him in 1:24 scale? This one will be paired with the 1907 Silver Ghost, and an elegant woman currently under 'construction.'
@perrone1 They seemed made for each other, in the 1:24 scale, and I am still looking for another woman for this, because the one on order isn't period correct. Women wore hats, in 1907, and finding a quality figure with period clothes has been a struggle. But, I never give up. Wait until the chauffeur arrives...
I've always said a chauffeur is a driving force...well maybe I've never said this.
