If I can ask, what did you pay for the 1/8th scale Corvette ?
I sold a ton of them years ago when released when I had a booth at Barrett Jackson and had the original sample on display. They ended up letting me keep that original as a thank you for all the sales. Think I sold about 25 of them individually at BJ's plus another 10 after. I ended up selling it on eBay around 2010-2011 when the economy tanked. If you would rather not say that's fine but they really are cool cars with many working features.
I also painted the coves on the Black sample version they made as China made them white and they needed to be silver.
I wonder what happened to this tooling as they never produced anymore.

Wow some very unusual and interesting stuff there, thanks for sharing
I love the custom paint job on the FM C3.
Someone needs to make the C3 limo from Mystery Men.
Joop, as a fellow 'Vette guy, nice collection. I'd really like to find one of those 1/8 C1's sometime. I have six 1/12 scale 'Vettes which take up a lot of my display real estate. A lot of your models I've not seen before. I really love that limousine, too. Unique.
Nice!

VERY nice indeed - That row of Yellow drove me bananas
John ... Where Can I find on of those for sale .. any ideas?
Who makes it ?
I believe it's 1:6th scale by Highway 61.........
I recall there were problems with door fit and the second color run was cancelled.
David you are correct, I completely forgot it was 1/6th and yes the second run was cancelled.
I don't recall the door issue but you may be correct. I think timing more than anything killed the model as it was released right around the same time as the financial crisis hit.
Wow, a spectacular collection !
I originally considered one of those Highway 61 Vettes when they first came out many years ago. I recall that they were asking around $600-$700 at that time.I recently seen one go for $2000 Canadian. Yikes!!!
OH ... Well now ... If that's the case ... I gotta go sit at the sidelines
Hi John, I traded my model for 4 or 5 1:43-scale Kentucky Legend Corvettes.
Highway 61 and I have heard they do pop up on the Bay from time to time.
