First Look-- CMC Maserati 300S
Here's the latest museum-quality masterpiece from CMC. I'll let the photos speak for themselves but everything matches photos found in Finn's Maserati Sportsracing Cars and other references. Only a couple of 300S's were built with these horizontal fender vents; this appears to be the car Fangio/Moss took over after their 450S failed at the 1957 Nurburdring for a 4th place finish. Everything is there, the spring-loaded hood latches AND belts are functional, workmanship is phenomenal! Watch for a full review in Model Cars magazine. photo no longer available

and the car did not come with proper license plates.
