From Hiroshima with love. [PIC]
Here's a nasty little Mazda Cosmo series 2 sport used as a pursuit car for the Hiroshima Prefect. Only 6 of this series was ever sent to the US and of course Jay Leno has the only privately owned series ll. It sported a twin rotary engine fed by a 4 bbl carb.
Built in '68, it's still is used as a parade car.
This is a really details model. Even the gum ball has a significant parts count. And for those of you looking for a nicely scaled wooden steering wheel, this one is nicely done.
