Hi Truman,
I have this model (only with dog-dish steelies) and examined it closely. Although I've never tried to remove these wheels (I've removed countless others)...here's what it looks like to me. I'm 95% sure thse are a "press fit" assembly. That is, the rims are in 2 halves, then sandwiched together (with the tire in between) and 2, 3 or 4 prongs are heated-melted (to form caps) on the back side of the rims.
Ideally, you need to remove those "heat-caps" to free up the rims, your mag-style wheelcovers can come off, then you can see your axle/spindle tabs, then squeeze them together to allow the back rim half to be removed and there you go. Your wheel is off.
The problem: There are round axle "discs" in the way. I have in the past done one of two things to get around this:
1) Drill right through those "discs" to reach the "heat-caps."
2) Remove the tire first (soften it by kneading it with your fingers) then you're able to get a razer saw between the rim halves to simply cut through them.
Last resort, with a small angle tool, you could try to simply pry off the wheel (assuming I'm correct about a "press-fit").
Good luck, it CAN BE DONE!
