This is awful. Something similar happened years ago to part of my wife's china collection. Thousands of dollars left in ruin. Fortunately, we had collector's insurance.

@whodeytink sorry for her loss, glad to hear she was compensated. For me I am using the wife's wallet to offset my pain lol..
