Nice ! I love the H/O. Some BMF around the windshield & rear window will make the black Olds pop.

lmao...When I'm bored I'll take a model and bare metal foil over the painted areas that should be chrome or stainless. On my black Olds it really makes a difference in the way it looks. Ertl practically never highlighted those areas.
But what did you expect for the $20 price at TRU. Sure, it can be a tedious job but the rewards are worth it. Now go get yourself some BMF 'n get busy lol

It can be pretty easy. It's all in what your foiling. Compound curves can take quite a few small pieces to get it correct. I have and like the patience it can take to get it right. I like and appreciate the difference the application makes. I'll see if I can find some pics of a completed model.

I get it at a local hobby shop. I'm sure there are online hobby sites that sell it too.

Google bare metal foil and you'll see some tutorials come up. I think they'll interest you.
