I remember the day we received the "test shot" of the 1966
Chevelle SS396, way prior to production. Having a real one, I was especially interested in it. I took it outside as I had driven the real one to work that day. I stood back with it (1:18) eyeing up the roof lines etc with the 1:1, and it was right on. Looking under the hood I thought the radiator upper tie bar seemed to sit high on the 1:18 car. So I opened my hood on the 1:1 and low and behold they had it right. I still have that test shot in my collection. Ah memories. So Chris, your photo's helped me remember this... so thanks.

Your pictures and layouts are great Chris....everybody has a different style and yours is realistic (our photos are very much alike......we add back ground settings in miniature)
We have many fabulous photographers on all of our Forums......each has their own style..........I like them all...........and I have always been impressed with your work:x

the pics look great to me, Chris....
All those period Chevelles were darn good models.
I just always hoped to find aftermarket PE badging for them.

These are great .... both the model and the pictures. Your pictures also show the engine and interior, something I don't generally get around to !
I have this beauty in black, it's a gem of a diecast from Authentics.

Great pics, this is my favorite color 66 Chevelle and I even did a batch of 6 as convertibles but with different wheels. Great mold on Autoworlds part.photo no longer available
