(PICS) How about some less mainstream stuff for a while.... I'll start....
Auto Union 1000S and AutoUnion 1000SP, produced between 1958 and 1965. Auto union was the umbrella brand for DKW, Audi, Horsch, and Wanderer, and these two 1000 series cars were an upgrade of the DKWs...both powered by increased output 2-stroke engines. The wrap-around windshield came about for the DKWs in 1959
Both diecast models are from years ago...the 1000 sedan (they referred to them as limousines) was by Revell of Germany and the 1000sp was by Ricko.

I see a bit of Thunderbird in that 1000sp.

Yes, the early T-bird was certainly the inspiration for DKW at the time
