One I way overpaid for almost 15 years ago...

It is the FM's 1941 Lincoln Continental, Ford Motor Company Edition. It's not worth anywhere what I paid for it, but I like it anyway. The 2nd would be FM's 1956 Lincoln Continental MK II in white, probably overpriced too. But I love that one, might of paid even more to get it.

My two GMP 1965 Vettes, at $279.95 each, are definitely the most expensive.

However, I got my two by trading mostly older Ertl releases. I couldn't afford to purchase them!

That depends...............

Are we talking value of the model as it sits now or the highest price I paid to acquire an individual car?

I think the highest price I've paid for an individual car is about $400.00 for a 1:12 scale Cobra but I have been offered more than that for some of my custom work like my 1965 Sebring winning Chaparral

PICS...It would have been these two. For what I actually paid, my DM White 3000 car hauler..........

...and if it hadn't been a gift, my Midsummer Models Burrell Road Locomotive, about $325.00, if memory serves....

Both are 1:24th scale. Grin
