Autoworld (formerly P-100 )... an excellent model with a very nice trunk. (I like good trunks! )Â Â Too bad the spare had to be "shaved"Â to allow it to fit in the spare wheel-well.
It's safe to say, this remains the very best 1/18 Thunderbird on the market. Your gray/red version is gorgeous.
Thanks very much, @chris, @100ford2003 & @rich-sufficool. I had wanted a 1st gen T-Bird & this color combo completely sold me.
Welly Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione
Welly has stepped up their game.Â
I had a beautiful Aston Martin and was surprised that it was a Welly.Â

Welly can surprise ya! I have a few that are very nice, considering they cost "nothing."  This Alfa Romeo looks remarkable with its tight body gaps and sharp & crisp detail tooling. A cool looking model for sure! 😎 😎Â

Thanks, Steve. I have that AM as well...it is VERY well done.
Thanks @chris. Welly's later stuff, for the most part, is very good...see below 😉Â
Welly Porsche 911 (991) Carrera S - yellow
Spark Porsche 901 - red
I will say, 1:18 scale has come a long way since I collected them. But for me they are just too big, and take up way to much space. With over 1000 1/24 models, I fill an entire room with my collection.
Wow! You're not kidding Gavin.... that Welly Porsche 911 also looks great. 😎Â
@gavin Most people don't know this but the first Highway 61 Cudas has an error in the manufacturing of them. I have two of them and both have this error, if you look at the photo of yours and the photo of mine you will see the rear wheels on yours are correctly centered in the wheel well while on the first release the rear wheels are farther back in the wheel well and not centered. This was quickly corrected for additional releases.

I do see it in your pics, @john3976. I'd never heard about that issue. How many releases were affected before it was fixed?
