I wasn't collecting Mustangs when these were released. Now, most of these can go for big bucks, but it's not a bad model. It has that FoMoCo 80's look. 😀Â

I'm not a fan of modern two-tone cars. I just don't like the black top. Same with black wheels.... don't like 'em.

ah...that makes sense. I don't mind black roofs (NSX, 4th gen Camaro, etc)...but I'm 100% with you on the black wheels. Hides all the details.
HWE did make that 599GTO in solid red or solid black...but the wheels are black. 😆Â

I don't mind a black roof on the NSX... but I only like the 1st few years. The exposed headlight years...yuck !Â
I don't care for the current years either. They're just not as goodlooking as the older ones.Â
As for black wheels on a model...lol... I'm an expert at fixing that issue !

Trying out a photo box so these are just the first test photos, but here is a Shelby GT350.Â
Still have a lot of experimenting to do but black is also a hard color to photograph.Â

No kidding. Early 80's I joined my sister in a photography class for funÂ
I had Canon FTB and I had never had a camera like that so I looked forward to learning.Â
One of our assignments was to get a pic of a black item on a white background or vice-versa.Â
No auto settings here, all done by me. Took awhile to get everything just right and I scored with a beautiful close-up of a tire valve stem cap with a sheet of white satin as background.Â
I was so proud that I learned that.Â
