but I'd guess that it's plastic.

Well then, I'm impressed!

- Your HW Ferrari is cool, but I did a double take......  Initially, I didn't see a driver's door.  😀 😯

Funny @chris, I didn't notice that when I posted the pic, but I do see how its hidden.

They all look great and those Aston-Martin automobiles are superb and in a exceptionally nice color.

Thanks guys.  Totally agree with you, Steve (@100ford2003), the Gate Miatas were very well done & have held up well for 20+ year old models.

I thought of you when I took the following pic series...check out the air valve on cheap, under $20 Maistos.

Maisto SN95 Mustangs

2003/4 SVT Cobra, 2000 SVT Cobra R & 1999/2000 GT

Great!  ...and since we're on the subject of 'Stangs    Should you purchase, as you indicated, a 1980-1982 Cobra w/cowl induction scoop, make sure you have a "FORD" emblem on the hood.  I realized mine was missing.

I could've returned the car but opted for a seller-partial-refund and made my own (with dry-transfer black letters... "F O R D") until I find a better replacement.

Thanks for the head-up, @chris.  I'll definitely be adding one at some point.

See, I've learned something new from you Chris. I never thought of doing dry transfer letters !

Lol, yep you know that's a little pet peeve of mine. I really should just shut the heck up and start making them out of a straight pin with a dollop of glue on the end and paint it black.

I never thought of doing dry transfer letters !

These were the best choice among the block-letters I had on hand; it was a rush job (10 minutes ) but will work until I find a better solution.

THIS is how NUTS I am... "something is better than nothing."  As I noted, I could've returned this Cobra but opted for a partial refund.

P.S.

- 🙄 Useless trivia: I have multiple sets of dry transfer letters in various colors/sizes. I last used them in-are you ready-1986!

That one looks excellent ! The bright red is a great color for this and I happily have the bright green version. Well done replicas.
