Starting from 1976 to 1979, 31 Porsche 934 Turbo RSR FIA Gr/4 spec cars were built also to street legal standards. Powered by a 3.0 liter turbocharged flat 6 producing 485 hp, privateers actually raced the street legal 934s against their race dedicated brothers with success including a 4th overall finish in the '79 24 Hours of Le Mans. This Exoto model is finished in Standox Chromillusion Laguna Seca Sky.

The 31 934s built represents the entire production run, not just the street legal cars & it was all in one year....1976.  10 more 934.5s were built in 1977, but those have even wider rear fenders, a larger rear wing & were for Group 5.

I love the look of the 934 with the outrageous flared fenders.  I missed out when the Exotos were somewhat cheap, so picked up this sealed Minichamps dirt cheap off ebay.

with Norev's 1976 935.

Crazy-performance & fabulous scale detail on these gorgeous Porsche replicas guys!  Rich, I assume (based on your close-up pics ) that the wheels can be removed on that Exoto,  correct?
