This Flyer shouted the words, "The Muscle Car that redefined Pontiac" and it was, "A 1:24 Die-Cast Metal Replica of a Classic Muscle Car". Statements both Bold and True! Painted in stunning "Champagne Metallic" with "Red Lined" tires and "Intimidating Hood Scoops" it even went to great detail to show off a finely detailed 330 Horsepower V8 engine! Pontiac meant business when they rolled this muscle off the assembly line and Danbury Mint was able to replicate it perfectly. Parked on my self to the equally perfect '69 Trans Am (see yesterday's "I'VE GOT MAIL"), it's a model that says "Move over, this is my space".
Danbury Mint presents the ONE Muscle Car you must have!

I agree with Tony on this one. Still it is a great model that is on my shelf along with the Trans Am.
A nice model, as with the Trans Am-DM did an excellent job. They are both favorites in my collection.
I agree with Tony, never thought about it, but this model would have looked so much better with saddle interior.

I would think the model would look better with a saddle tan interior. Was that an option on the 1/1?
Interesting comments about the interior. I never thought about it being a different color, but I'm going to be the odd man out here, as I like the darker interior. But then, I'd add that I've never been a fan of light colored interiors on any car past or present.
Certainly not a fan of white or tan (sorry Tony). But as is the case of all exterior and interior colors, all of us are different and that's what make our world go around.

You're right George, white would NOT be my choice either. But, as mentioned, saddle to tan might have fit better:
@perrone1, sorry still not a fan of the Tan. I had a couple of cars with Tan interior, and I loved the cars, but my wife would tell you that I complained a lot about the interiors being Tan.
For me, I've always been happiest with a Black or Dark Gray interior on most any car I've ever had or seen.
