Now you’ve got me wondering why there isn’t a 24pk of Coke in the trunk 😂
Nice model but while I like BMWs and Coke, I'd prefer them not in one package.
that looks great Benjamin. I regularly offer or bid on the Pauls Model Art series of 80s, 90s BMWs. So far to no avail.
@modeldadeeee both actually Benjamin but mainly the first reason. IMHO, based on 40 years of collecting diecast 1/24s, I value a model on 1:1 accuracy, model creator, detail, historical value, rarity, parts count, edition size if applicable, condition, available packaging, vendor experience, etc. OK my valuation on a PMA BMW is $60-$80U.S. Most are listed in excess of that, on rare occasions when one is put to market, I've been pipped by another bidder. Also for me shipping cost to Australia is a major factor. Good question!
@geoff-jowett well that was very informative. For me again quality and shipping are my go to points. Example I saw a model I really wanted. Prices were around the same. Shipping was crazy as it was almost 2/3rds of the model cost. I seem to be in this arena where either I'm buying items that supposedly are in the US and aren't. Or buying and then hit before delivery about tariffs !!!!!
@modeldadeeee thanks Benjamin, I plan to bore everybody with a Lounge post about the "horrors" of ebay global shipping to Australia. It has ruined the whole experience.
