You Sir,have been shown and demonstrated to know practically everything but I must ask, once you`ve been to Bugtussle, where does one go to rekindle that peak level??
Haven't been to the Bugtussle north of Red Boiling Springs, but I have been through Bucksnort, TN a million times!
I think you go through Bucksnort at an alarming rate Tony........word is,they`re starting to sit out front,on late afternoons, just to see if you`ll come through again

Oh that's easy. Right here in Tennessee. One of my favorite places, Stinking Creek:

GREAT shot John!
Gotta tell ya. Of all the places, with funny names, that I have ever been to, the best was when I lived in Texas. I was on the road 5 days per week as a marketing manager (for 45 years) with a major Commercial Casualty Insurance carrier. I was going through many large and small Texas towns. I came to Mexia, TX, early on to call on several of our agents there. Before seeing the first one, I stopped at a Dairy Queen in this quaint city to get a small soda. I walked up to the counter to ask about the pronunciation of the town. I asked, "How do you pronounce the name of this place?" The counter girl, very slowly and succinctly, said, "Dair-E-Queen". I about peed myself.
....hours later, sitting around the old family dinner table,Counter Girl would re-tell this tale, albeit from a much different prospective.....
........over the years that followed, the story was oft repeated ....... it would always elicit the same response from her supportive family......"well BLESS his heart" they would all proclaim,in unison

@john-barry I never said I've been to Bugtussle, just that I knew someone.
I must admit,in the excitement of discovering your posting in this thread,I MAY have taken creative liberties...
.....but to be fair, you had yet to (and HAVE yet to )proclaim that you`ve never been to Bugtussle..
.....at any rate, there`s one less reason to make a return trip, as Superman carelessly destroyed the only working phone booth while "quarter-fishing" the coin return slot....the limited facility amenities, as of this writing, are down to room temperature 5¢ sodas from the pop machine and train whistle requests accompanied by one or more dollars
