This is the next preview society release as per the paperwork that came today with my 49 Oldsmobile. The color of the caddy is a yellow, looks real nice, sorry no pics scanner broken.
That's great and it's not a Muscle Car, I'm getting tired of sending them back.
OH BOY - Looks like I'll be buying another Cadillac !!!
How about a red one (pic) like this....

OMG OMG OMG! This is my fave Caddy of the 50's. I just called DM to order it. They do not have it in the system yet. She did not know about it. I hope this is true.
If anybody gets a brochure, PLEASE scan and post a pic. :p
YES! I'll buy this Caddy in any and all colors DM makes.
I see DM is still following
FM on what they release. FM has the 53 now DM has the 54. Big deal, the grill is different. How original is that DM?
That's great news. I can't wait to see this one!
The 54 is much sleeker and DM makes better models JMO
I'm still waiting to get my 49 Olds! How come some have it already?
I ordered mine at 8:00am the day it was announced. And I'm waiting...DM tracking now says early May for shipment.
I'm the biggest Olds lover on this board, and I'm having to wait...it's killing me. 🙁
As for a 54 Caddy being offered by DM, I can deal with that. At least it's not another damn 59.

A 54 Caddy in any color works fine for me.
Love it in red though! Red and Cadillac = Rich looking!

You know Larry...I think I agree. This should be a nice car.
But then, it's from Danbury Mint...so why shouldn't it be?

Sean....How come FM didn't make a '54 Eldo CV before DM?
Probably because they were too busy making those 4x4 Mopar muscle cars.
The '54 is a completely new car, not just a different grill.
