To this, I was trying to replicate the Firebird my cousin Charlie had when I was a teen. I loved that car. He lived in Detroit where someone sadly torched it and burned it to the ground.

Thanks guys, much appreciated. John, the model started out as the blue 1/24 Welly diecast. Pete, the wheels are Pegasus Sovereigns which actually come with whitewall tires but I changed them out with tires from my parts box, they were close enough to the Cragers my cousin had on his. I also added the antenna and all photo-etch emblems from Model Car Garage, plus BMF on the trim.
