First grainy images of Mark III Ginger Bronze Tribute Edition
After yesterday's posting, it was mentioned to me privately that I should post something even if it has not been well photographed...so here you go.

PS: As Mr. Cox noted, the name will be corrected to Lincoln Continental Mark III for all editions.
PSS: For the Tribute Edition you are required to supply your own coke inside the rocker panels.

OMG, it looks great! I see a couple of tiny issues but it's the pre-production model. LOVE the color
I hadn't ordered this one at first, just the black one and red one. I am so glad I sprung for all three. Looks STUNNING Jim! Congrats!

Wow, I was never too excited by these cars in their era. being a punk kid at the time, I thought of these as boats, pimp mobiles, and
retirement land yachts (I think Frank Cannon used to drive one of these?). However I'm old now. and I appreciate a model that looks like a real car. this does. and beautifully done. And this really appeals to me.
reminder of younger days? Older cell structure finds this appealing? not sure.
but I may consider one of these! it looks really good! Mr Cowan, what did you say these were going for?

Red Moondust is $299.95 with a build of up to 499.
Tribute Edition in Ginger Bronze is $371.00 with a build of 171.

Except for the Pimpmobile white wall tires, it looks great so far. I realize this is...
... a pre-production sample. I'm certain the final versioin will have the correct white wall tires.

And nothing wrong with that either but they are incorrect for the year and the car.
If I buy the car, I'll have to correct them because they don't appeal to me.

WOW it looks great from that angle and looks like the proportions are spot on!
Im glad too that the beautiful grille looks finely replicated as that IS an important aspect of this Mark III The paint job is to die for, Sooooooooo glossy!

The Mark III by '71 rode on Michelin tires which had a very thin whitewall.
