Shirl and I spent the day at our son & daughter-in-law's place with granddaughter, Skyler. Grandson, Blake, flew in from California for the weekend so it was a perfect day!!

@perrone1 No girls; no friends coming, so we were going to roast a chicken with all the Thanksgiving Day trimmings. The apple pie was out of the oven and the chicken was to go in at 4:00. At 3:55, the power and internet went out so the oven and microwave wouldn't work. I checked my phone... it was at 1%. We waited and waited... a text was sent saying power would be restored at 6:35. By 7:30, we fried a piece of salmon with yams and green beans and at 8:30 the power was restored. Thanksgiving... BAH HUMBUG!!!!

OMG! So sorry! Wish y'all could have joined us - we had (and still do have) an abundance of gobble meat, dressing, and accoutrements galore!
