WOW! Magnificent! That's a blue bomb beauty!
Pete, very cool.
Hi Marty, scale doesn't matter but weight does. Your Nova looks nose heavy with its tail up in the air like that....lol !!
What nice builds you guys have posted pics of !!
@marlowe-or-marty I always love both your models and the view from your house.
@rich-sufficool - Thanks, Rich! Not much is better than appreciation from fellow model enthusiasts!
Marty, that is a really cool build. I like it.
Very nice build. I'm closing in on 70 and have built hundreds so I appreciate your work!

@john-shamblin, I fully understand. I will be 63 this coming week and fortunately, I have no arthritis so it is easy to work on them. I have over 200 plastic kits that I hope to build before I am too old. Currently working on all the pre-painted kits which allows me to knock 1 out in a day. And since I am currently unemployed, I have all the time in the world. It is the eyes as I have to use multiple reading glass strengths to build them.
I hear ya John. I finally got glasses around age 45 that helped. Now, not so much, even with a LOT of lighting. I've got arthritis in my fingers pretty bad which makes it difficult to grasp small parts and tools. Over the decades, I accumulated a sizable stash of kits, but recently sold most of them and my built cars off on eBay.
Now I mostly just collect die cast, and mess around with some dioramas. My late brother and I got into "crashing" model cars way back when we were kids. If we'd mess one up, we'd heat it up and see who could make the most realistic looking wreck, so it developed into an all out competition in our later years.
I find some nicely built kits that are not in great shape, but relatively cheap on Bay, then crash them for my salvage yard dioramas.
Here's one I've got in progress, and I have several others on my website that' I'm in the process of redesigning:

@john-shamblin John I like how you do the crashed cars. I might have to give it a try. I have some that I might like to see how they turn out.
