The best 1/24 model you'll find of one. I know Motormax does one in 1/24, but it has those battering ram bumpers I despise, lol. Plus, I've always liked this bodystyle. 😊

I had a Maverick sedan many years ago; basic transportation but very dependable.

@bob-jackman Thanks guys, it is appreciated. Bob, this comes under different brand names. Salvat, Hachette, IXO mainly. It's generally reasonably priced as well.😊

@perrone1 My '72 Cougar was this shade of metallic green; I loved it. As you know this color was extremely popular across the Ford/Mercury line throughout the late 60s and 70s.

I bought this one after seeing yours. I left mine stock but yours looks good with wheel change. I paid $41 with shipping and tax.

Beautiful model Geno and I especially love the colour. It is the best Maverick that I have seen.

It and the 56 Chevy 4 door where my first purchases from IXO. My family had a 70 Maverick close to this color. I think it was more darker though. Geno do you know what year it is. I couldn't find a match for it Our 70 had a narrow flat bumber.

This Maverick model is actually a 1973, although it's advertised as a 1974. The '73 still retained the smaller rear bumper, but the front bumper got a little bigger. The 1974 had much bigger bumpers front and rear which completely destroyed the look of the car, IMO.

Thanks guys, I'm glad you enjoyed this one. It's definitely worth having in your collection. Gary, Pete nailed it. And thank you Pete, I just wanted it to look a little sportier with the Ford Rallys and some white letter tires. 💯😊
